Mass Cruisers Auto Club (MCAC)
Club Meetings, for members and their guests, are held the 3rd Tuesday of each month at the Bass Pro Shops Conservation Room in Foxboro. Speakers and club business are communicated. (During seasonal weather, the Member Meeting turns mobile with a local cruise destination.) Every other Thursday starting in April, the Mass Cruisers sponsor a free cruise night at Patriot Place in Foxboro. Considered a local phenomenon due to the volume of 500-1800+ classic and special interest vehicles rolling in-it was featured on the Chronicle TV show in 2018. Charitable endeavors at these cruise nights benefit local food pantries, a Work Force Grants program to graduating students in the automotive trades of area. Vocational/Technical schools and select local charities. The club posts its multiple Golden Quill Award-winning monthly newsletter to our club website (masscruisers.com). The newsletter includes an update from the monthly business and members meetings, current Club activities and events, a listing of area Car Shows and Cruise Nights, and provides technical information and member-contributed articles related to the automotive experience. A member’s telephone list is distributed, but the primary contact is carried out through email. Mass Cruisers is also on Facebook.
The Mass Cruisers Auto Club (MCAC) is a Massachusetts-registered 501-c3 non-profit Corporation dedicated to promoting and carrying out the education of its members and the general public regarding the preservation, ownership, and operation of various types of automobiles, including but not limited to antique, vintage, and or classic vehicles. Although the primary focus of the membership may be on preserving, restoring, or modifying older vehicles, ownership of a vehicle is not required. The club membership provides a forum to develop activities throughout the year for social and charitable activities. Mass Cruisers is an active club that fosters a participating membership environment for the entire family and offers junior memberships to pre-driving aged teens. The Mass Cruisers Auto Club is a Massachusetts Association of Auto Clubs member.
